The The Chandlery attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and The Chandlery reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Chandlery will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with The Chandlery Return Policy.

We offer Fed Ex Shipping.
How long will it take to get my item?
In-Stock Items ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
If an item is backordered, that means our shop has sold out and we'll need a little extra time to get it to you. A time estimate will be listed on the item page in that case.
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your candles! If you're not satisfied, just return the item within 30 days.
If there's a problem with your order please contact us so we can make things right.
We're also happy to process an exchange for you, and can help you with the details by e-mail or phone.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Holiday Items
A refund for your return will be credited to your purchasing credit card minus shipping (unless it was a mistake on our part).

Currently we don't accept checks or mail-in orders.
